Marriage and Friendships: Communicating Effectively
The way we communicate has a powerful impact on the health of our relationships. This group is created to help individuals deepen connection, compassion, and mutual understanding in both marriage and friendships. Blending insights from psychotherapy, communication science, emotional regulation skills, and faith-based perspectives, participants gain practical strategies to handle conflict more effectively, lower defensiveness, and express themselves with clarity and care. Through guided activities and everyday practice, members learn how to foster more constructive conversations and build stronger emotional closeness. If you’re looking to speak with greater purpose and nurture more meaningful, connected relationships, this group provides a welcoming place to start. We meet once a week, on Mondays 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
